It is the responsibility of the foreign customer to verify with local authorities the rights to use the products that he/she plans to order; the responsibility of T.W.L. cannot be assumed in case of non-respect of rules and regulations of a foreign country in which the products are delivered.  The items proposed on the website of T.W.L. are proposed under the framework of the regulation of e-commerce under suspensive conditions, as laid out in the articles L 121-16 to L 121-20 governing the Consumer Code and by the present General Terms and Conditions of sale.

The characteristics of the products displayed for sale are presented under “The Catalog” section of our website. The texts and photographs are not contractually binding. THE WAG LIST assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors introduced to the contents of this website. All texts and images presented on the site of T.W.L. fall under copyright and intellectual property laws, their reproduction, even partial, is strictly forbidden.

The sale of products is subject to availability of stock. Shall products become unavailable after an order has been placed, but before the relevant products are dispatched, the client will be informed as soon as possible of this unavailability via e-mail.

Prices on this website are indicated in Euros, V.A.T. included. Shipping charges are not included in the price. The amount of V.A.T. is specified at the time of the selection of a product. Cost of shipping will be presented in the checkout process prior to finalizing the order. The cost of shipping varies according to weight, size, value of the objects, and/or their destination.

Should the order placed be delivered outside of the European Union, the client will be responsible for paying additional charges for import duties and taxes which are not included in the price posted on the website. THE WAG LIST reserves the right to modify prices or remove affected items at any time, however products ordered shall be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time at which the order is received (subject to availability).

The customer confirms his/her order when clicking on the link “Confirm your Order”.  A “Summary of Your Order” will appear once the General Terms and Conditions have been accepted.  Before this acceptance, the customer can verify and change all the elements of his/her order, and thus correct possible errors pertaining to the order.

THE WAG LIST will send an e-mail confirming the transaction; the information therein will give a summary of the order and the rights to cancel the order placed.

The information recorded by THE WAG LIST constitutes the proof of the transaction, its content, and the date of the order.  This information is archived by THE WAG LIST under legal conditions and timeframes; the client can access this information by contacting Customer Services.

Payment is made online by the means of a credit card transaction.  The invoice appears on the screen once the client has confirmed his/her order.  The client is given an opportunity to print the invoice.

THE WAG LIST uses a secure payment system processed through the bank of Credit Agricole and their “E-Transaction” encryption procedure.

In case of non-payment, specifically the refusal of the customers’ bank to honor the transaction, T.W.L. can terminate the sale by full rights without delays or notices, and can demand full restitution from the client of the expenses relating to the merchandise and the object of the transaction.

Available products shall be delivered, in Metropolitan France, within a timeframe of approximately 7 days and maximum 15 days, counting from the certification from the bank of proof of payment by credit card.

These timeframes are only indicative and cannot give rise to payment of indemnities to the client, nor constitute a reason for the client to cancel the order.

The cost and risk of transportation is borne by the client.  In case of damage or error noticed, the client must note his/her objections on the parcel acceptance form, and will reconfirm these observations within the 3 days following delivery, by registered mail with proof of signature, addressed to the carrier.

The customer has 7 days from receipt of the product to return the product, at his/her own cost.  The client shall be reimbursed the price of the product within a month of the return of said product to THE WAG LIST.  Nevertheless, product returned incomplete, damaged, or product that has signs of wear will not be accepted.

Personal information provided by the client to THE WAG LIST will not be divulged to third parties, but are only used internally to process the order and to support and personalize communications via e-mails and newsletters. In accordance with the law of 78-17 of January 6th, 1978, the client may exercise his/her right to access their file and to rectify or suppress information relating to him/her. To exercise this right, the client may address his/her request to the Customer Services of THE WAG LIST.
